Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage technical operations, supervise labor teams, and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical activities on-site, including setting out, quality control, materials handling, and executing work as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage and monitor the daily work of laborers and foremen to ensure smooth progress of site operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution of tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
• Monitor resource allocation and track material usage to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and quality standards.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle daily site challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
