Site Supervisor

*Hiring: Site Supervisors — Rotational Shifts*

*Location* : Project Site

*Experience* : 2–5 Years

We’re looking for dedicated and proactive Site Supervisors to support our ongoing construction activities. If you have hands-on site execution experience and can manage workforce and daily site operations efficiently, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shuttering/formwork alignment, levelling, stability, and tightness
• Check *steel reinforcement* cutting, bending, spacing, cover blocks, lap lengths, and placement as per BBS
• Perform and verify *levelling works, line marking, centreline marking, and brick/block layout markings*
• Handle *pre-pore concrete checklist* : formwork readiness, reinforcement inspection, embedment checks, machinery readiness, slump tests, and QC approvals
• Handle *post-pore checklist* : curing, surface quality, honeycombing checks, cube sample marking, and de-shuttering
• Oversee masonry and brickwork including joint quality, bonding, alignment, and openings
• *Supervise finishing works* : plastering, putty, tiling, flooring, and painting quality
• Assist in quantity estimation, verification, and documentation
• Coordinate material availability and ensure proper storage and usage

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI / or relevant construction background
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision ( *civil construction preferred* )
• Good understanding of site activities such as shuttering, concreting, steel, blockwork, etc.
• Basic computer knowledge ( *MS Excel, Word, Tally/ERP knowledge preferred* )
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
