- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and within budget, including proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, verifying their work meets quality standards and contractual obligations, including conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site activities, resource allocation, and any deviations from the project plan.
- Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials, ensuring timely availability and proper storage to prevent delays and damage.
- Supervise and mentor on-site construction personnel, including providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily logs, change orders, and material deliveries.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, including identifying potential design flaws or conflicts, and propose solutions.
