Job Summary:

Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality of work, and manage labour efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and practical experience in construction site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workers.

Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.

Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work discipline.

Prepare daily site progress reports for management.

Oversee materials, tools, and equipment management on site.

Identify issues, delays, or risks and report promptly.

Maintain proper housekeeping and site cleanliness.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

Good knowledge of civil construction procedures and standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage labour and coordinate activities smoothly.

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
