We are urgently hiring an experienced Site Supervisor / Coordinator for joinery and interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Read and explain AutoCAD drawings to labor.
• Supervise and guide on-site team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate between office and site for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• UAE residency preferred; driving license is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
