Site Supervisor- Fit Out

Job description:

-We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in UAE.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervision & Coordination of Fit-Out / Joinery works at site
- Take handover of new sites and do the site survey to compare with the drawings. Do complete setting out and inform the project engineer of any discrepancies from the drawing.
- Coordinate Monitoring the execution of works as per the approved drawings.
- Advise and assist subcontractors in the work progress.
- Solve technical issues where ever necessary.
- Controlling subcontractors to ensure they are working as per correct details.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping at site.
- Perform snag checks prior to handover of works.
- Ensuring the works progress as per the approved works program.
- Ensuring the subcontractors' workmen follow the health & safety requirements at all times.
- Updating the Site Engineer regarding the daily work activities at site.
- Conducting daily Tool Box Meeting at site.

Qualification/Skills

• · A high school diploma or equivalent.
• · Significant experience in turnkey interior fit-out, retail, commercial, residential projects.
• · At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• · Required skill (s): project management, interior design, planning, coordination and supervising.
• Driving License is preferred
