Position Summary

We are looking for a highly accurate and technically competent Site Surveyor – Aluminum & Façade to support our façade installation and execution teams across UAE project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing precise site measurements, verifying dimensions, and ensuring all façade elements align with approved design and fabrication drawings. This role demands strong surveying expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of façade construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out precise on-site measurements and dimensional surveys for aluminum and façade systems.
• Prepare clear and accurate site sketches, survey reports, and layouts based on collected data.
• Verify levels, axes, and alignments to ensure installation accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and tolerances.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams to confirm survey findings and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate Total Station, GPS, laser measuring tools, and other advanced surveying instruments.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of all surveying equipment.
• Identify potential issues, site obstacles, or design conflicts and report them to project leads for timely resolution.
• Ensure all surveying activities adhere to project standards, QA/QC requirements, and site safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Site Surveyor in aluminum, façade, or building envelope projects within the UAE.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and related survey software/tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, façade details, and site layouts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
