Job Purpose:

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.

Shall possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills and work closely with stakeholders to boost bank profitability and customer satisfaction,

In addition, applicant is responsible to deliver tailored service, advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to client's inquiries.


Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing Bank’s profitability through enlarging portfolio size, Achieving Pre-set objectives, approaching new business opportunities & strengthen the relationship with existing customers.
  • Promoting banking products & services to meet and satisfy customer needs.
  • Developing a detailed plan with pipeline of clients to be addressed during specific period of time.
  • Conducting credit packages in addition to the facility structures that perfectly fit customers’ needs in line with the bank’s credit policy and CBE regulations.
  • Following up all clients within the assigned portfolio to ensure timely renewal and sufficing clients arising needs.
  • Monitoring past dues and irregularities and take any necessary actions.
  • Conducting regular visits to clients to secure enough information about client business continuity and performance.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / business administration or related field
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years.
  • Credit certificate is must.
  • Selling & Negotiation skills.
  • Social intelligence skills to build & maintain relationships.
  • Professional English & computer skills.
  • Time Management.
