Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create platform-specific content plans (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and manage the social media calendar, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Oversee content creation (copywriting, design briefs, video concepts) to ensure brand voice consistency and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams for campaigns and launches.
  • Manage scheduling, posting, and optimization of content across platforms.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages, and nurture online communities.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze social media KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, conversion rates).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes.
  • Advertising & Campaigns
  • Manage paid social campaigns from concept to execution (budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, reporting).
  • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with PR, SEO, and email marketing teams to ensure integrated brand communication.
  • Coordinate with customer service and sales teams for unified messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (depending on company size).
  • Proven success in running multi-platform social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in content planning tools (Notion, Trello, or Asana).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and paid media optimization.
  • Creative eye for design and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
  • have to be good at photoshop trends.
