We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media marketing, highly organised, creative, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing, and executing social media strategies, and driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to each client's brand voice and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and strategists to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Clientele industries include: Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, Wellness & Luxury
  • Available to attend events outside of standard hours.
  • Can shoot lots of raw footage on their phone, capturing our client's live events and operations in action.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management/Agency experience).
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Later, Trello, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Meta, Linkedin, and Twitter.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
