Develop and execute a locally relevant content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all owned channels.

Devlope and Implement a yearly dedcared and clear plaining approach for each platform, aligning with business objectives and brand positioning goals.

Manage Social Media and Creative Agencies to ensure business and creative goals are met.

Plan and oversee social media content, following global guidelines, and ensure all posts on owned platforms are well-executed.

Work with internal teams (e-commerce, Retail, and sales) to grow the Clarins brand and create content based on marketing plans, digital campaigns, and Retail sales promotions.

Increase engagemnt / followers across all platforms.

Develop and implement the paid media plan aligning wth brand stratgey and strengthen the brand s market position.

Plan and execute s.media marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring all content aligns with the brand s identity.

Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and growth.

Create and adapt global brand content to ensure relevance for the local market.

Oversee the Creative Agency in developing all creative assets.

Collbrate with the Digital Agency to ensure the effective execution of paid digital media plans.

Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends, with a strong focus on consumer experience.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for brand media activities, evaluating success against set goals.

Manage the Domestic Media and PR budgets, including strategic execution, billing, and expense approvals.

Oversee the free goods budget, ensuring product orders align with P&L guidelinesMonitor the PR Seeding allocated budget
