Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a Social media and IT Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and ensure smooth IT operations, this role will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing IT support, and maintaining our website, the ideal candidate should be skilled in social media advertising, IT troubleshooting, and web development to help establish HLOG as a leading logistics provider in Dubai’s highly digitalized market. Key Responsibilities Social Media and Digital Marketing - Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to attract potential clients. - Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook .) - Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversion. - Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices. IT Support and Systems Management - Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting issues. - Manage company email accounts and cloud storage. - Ensure smooth functioning of communication tools, internal systems, and networks. - Implement basic IT security measures to protect company data. Website Development & Maintenance - Maintain and update the company’s website for optimal performance and SEO. - Implement minor modifications and work with external developers when needed. - Ensure website speed, responsiveness, and mobile-friendliness. - Integrate third-party logistics tools or plugins when necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising. - Strong IT troubleshooting skills, including network and system support. - Familiarity with website management (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or other CMS platforms). - Knowledge of Google Analytics and ads - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Skills and Competencies - Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns. - Problem-solving abilities for IT troubleshooting. - Creativity in content creation and digital strategy. - Familiarity with logistics industry trends is a plus.
