Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; leverage this data to refine campaigns.
- Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility; analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success.
- Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences; monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews; foster strong relationship management that builds community loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Proofread all content meticulously for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; oversee video editing projects for promotional videos or tutorials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms and social media management applications including Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience managing paid campaigns effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in branding strategies, public relations activities, e-commerce promotions, photography skills, and digital marketing best practices is highly desirable. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
