Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community interaction using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
- Implement SEO best practices through keyword research and web analytics to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relations, and enhance the company's reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future marketing strategies.
- Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels to maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives; support product launches through targeted digital marketing efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience with video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid digital advertising channels.
- Strong understanding of branding strategies, public relations practices, and relationship management within a digital context.
