Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for Gameday Men's Health Kingwood. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage with our target audience across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social listening, content creation, and digital marketing tools to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engagement.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to increase reach and conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners through effective public relations and relationship management.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce activities through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles for creating engaging visual content.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in public relations, branding, relationship management, and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand’s online presence while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.

Pay: $22.27 - $26.82 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
