Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing multiple accounts across various platforms, and ensuring measurable organic growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules across multiple platforms
• Monitor analytics and create monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with Content Creators for on-site visits and content needs
• Manage occasional paid advertising campaigns and boost posts
• Conduct monthly client meetings and quarterly business reviews
• Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes
• Train and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media management experience
• Proven track record of growing organic engagement
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Creator Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in B2B social media marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary (quarterly)
