Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in social media marketing, basic knowledge of content creation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and posting of content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all digital content reflects the brand's tone and objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or job) in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
