✅Hiring for Office Locations:

• 26th Street, DHA Phase 5, Badar Commercial, Karachi
• Gulshan e Iqbal, Block 5, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi
• North Nazimabad, Block D, Main 5 Star Roundabout, Karachi

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to leads customer inquiries via live chat.
• Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
• Handling real-time customer interactions through live chat on social media, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure all chats meet quality and response time standards.
• Provide feedback on recurring topics to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.

✅ Requirements

• Matric, Inter, Graduate or Masters
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
• Experience of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snap Chat, Live Chat or social media interaction, customer support.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
