• Content Creation: Develop visually appealing photos, videos, and graphics that highlight our dishes, events, and restaurant ambiance for social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Engagement: Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement and customer loyalty.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a monthly content calendar that aligns with restaurant promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
• Trends Research: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Daikan's brand voice and values while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital marketer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually engaging content.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
