We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Executive who can manage our clients brand presence across platforms, produce high-quality content, and support our overall digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands brand storytelling, and can translate ideas into impactful posts, videos, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and responses
- Track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize for engagement and reach
- Coordinate monthly content calendars and maintain brand consistency
2. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write compelling copy for posts, videos, blogs,website, website banners, and ads
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing creatives
- Support in scripting for reels, short videos, and promotional content
- Maintain a strong tone of voice aligned with brand identity
3. Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and execution of digital campaigns
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align communication
- Ensure all creatives meet campaign objectives and guidelines
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to refine content strategy
5. Coordination & Research
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, growth) to gather inputs
- Research content ideas, competitor activities, and audience behaviour
Required Skills
- Strong command over English (copywriting skills are a must)
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools / video editing apps
- Understanding of analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio
- Ability to brainstorm and execute content ideas end-to-end
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media / content creation
- Experience with B2B brands (or) Journalism is a plus
