Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to plan and organize posts, campaigns, and promotions effectively.
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms ensuring consistency and quality.

Brand Engagement & Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to foster engagement.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.

Campaign Planning & Analytics

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
  • Track and report social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for paid social campaigns and assist in implementation.

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and meets campaign objectives.
  • Support cross-functional teams with social media requirements for events, promotions, and campaigns.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Conduct research on audience preferences and competitor activities to optimize engagement strategies.
