SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST:-
- Study brand positioning, competitors, and trending wellness/medical topics.
- Build monthly social media calendars (posts, reels, stories, ads).
- Analyse what content works and what doesn’t, then adjust strategy.
- Plan campaigns for offers, new services, medical awareness days, etc.
- Ensure brand tone is consistent: premium, trustworthy, warm, patient-focused.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, audio, formats, hashtags, and algorithms.
- Coordinate with front desk for promotions, doctor availability, and updates.
CONTENT CREATOR:-
- Shoot photos and videos of treatments (as allowed), doctors, results, clinic.
- Edit reels, graphics, stories following brand colors & clean design.
- Write captions that are simple, educational, engaging and clear.
- Take patient consent forms before filming.
- Maintain a content bank so the page is never empty.
- Shoot BTS, testimonials, before–after (if permitted).
- Ensure quality—lighting, clarity, framing, and sound.
- EVENT SUPERVISOR / COORDINATOR
- Supervise in-clinic events, offers, campaigns, launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, photographers, staff.
- Ensure every event is social-media-ready (branding, lighting, setup).
- Capture all important moments for content.
- Manage guest/influencer arrivals and ensure smooth flow.
- Prepare pre-event & post-event content.
- CLIENT INTERACTION
- Interact professionally when shooting content with clients.
- Make clients comfortable during testimonial recordings.
- Explain clearly what content you are creating & why.
- Coordinate with front desk for patient slots to avoid disruption.
- Be polite, respectful, warm, and maintain privacy.
