Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-driven Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy social media, content creation, and digital trends and want hands-on industry exposure.

You will manage and grow social media presence across platforms while working closely with the creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create captions, hashtags, and basic content ideas
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for posts and reels
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
• Research trends and suggest creative content ideas
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and online presence

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Creativity and interest in content and digital marketing
• Good writing and communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to trends
• Basic knowledge of tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite (preferred)
• Portfolio or sample social media work is a plus (even personal pages)

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
(Based on skills, creativity, and performance)
