- Oversee influencer identification and outreach, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and key partners.
- Supervise tracking of insights, performance metrics, and analysis of KPIs.
- Review and approve monthly performance and campaign reports.
- Strategise and plan upcoming social media and influencer campaigns 1–2 months in advance.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and original content across all social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and content quality across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and DMs.
- Track, monitor, and analyse social media metrics to measure content and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create, update, and manage website content to ensure accurate information and smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with developers or internal teams for website updates, improvements, and new page requirements.
- Ensure SEO-friendly content is published consistently across the website.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Present weekly reports to senior management and ensure timely submission of monthly performance reports.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and website content strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
