  • Oversee influencer identification and outreach, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and key partners.
  • Supervise tracking of insights, performance metrics, and analysis of KPIs.
  • Review and approve monthly performance and campaign reports.
  • Strategise and plan upcoming social media and influencer campaigns 1–2 months in advance.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and original content across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and content quality across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and DMs.
  • Track, monitor, and analyse social media metrics to measure content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Create, update, and manage website content to ensure accurate information and smooth user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers or internal teams for website updates, improvements, and new page requirements.
  • Ensure SEO-friendly content is published consistently across the website.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Present weekly reports to senior management and ensure timely submission of monthly performance reports.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and website content strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
