Job Description.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content aligned with brand voice and goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising based on data
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for brand consistency
- Engage with the community and manage content calendars
- Manage paid campaigns and track ROI
- Stay updated on trends and social media tools
- Sales or call center background (preferred) because prior exposure helps in understanding customer behavior and improves the ability to pitch our business products more effectively.
- They should be attentive, responsive, and able to understand customer queries quickly.
- The candidate should comfortably engage in two-way communication and answer without hesitation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (or related)
- 2+ years of Social Media Management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with tools like Hoot-suite, Buffer, etc.
Working Hours:
- Rotational 8-Hour Shift (6 days a week)
