Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
• Support in managing online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to boost online visibility.

Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in social media marketing, content creation or digital advertising is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing skills are a plus.
• Experience with social listening platforms like Brandwatch or Mention is desirable.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and experience managing paid social media ads is beneficial.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear and engaging messages aligned with brand voice.
