Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies to generate qualified leads
• Manage and grow our presence on key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Research target audience behaviors and trends to tailor content and engagement strategies
• Create and curate high-performing content (posts, stories, carousels, comments, etc.)
• Engage daily with communities by responding to comments, joining relevant groups, and initiating conversations
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align messaging and visuals
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to lead generation and engagement
• Optimize strategies based on platform algorithms and audience behavior
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in social media marketing or lead generation, with a focus on organic strategies
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive conversions through non-paid social tactics
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
