Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated social media manager to lead our clients’ social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands digital culture, and knows how to convert scrolling into engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including text, visuals, and videos.
• Manage multiple social accounts and monitor interactions with the community.
• Track performance through analytics, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency.
• Launch and manage paid social campaigns while keeping a sharp eye on ROI.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated content for tone, clarity, and engagement.
• Interact from client accounts to boost organic visibility and community engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media in an agency or digital environment

Strong grip on social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies

Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar

Creative thinking with the ability to analyze and adapt based on data

Familiarity with paid campaign execution is a plus.
