Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital engagement and brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics to enhance our online visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand voice, engage with our community, and drive growth through innovative digital campaigns. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on platforms such as You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tic Tok and others.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts
  • Manage daily social media operations utilizing applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and monitor engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content discoverability and organic reach.
  • Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, e-commerce promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
  • Monitor industry trends in social media marketing and incorporate innovative tactics into ongoing campaigns.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
  • Experience with SEO strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of video editing and photography techniques to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations practices, e-commerce integration, and relationship management within digital spaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
