We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our official Instagram account, manage client social media portfolios, and oversee end-to-end content strategy. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in handling multiple international clients, managing diverse social media platforms, and delivering high-impact digital strategies. This role requires strong skills in content planning, audience engagement, community management, and client servicing, along with hands-on experience in Canva.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our official Instagram account, ensuring consistent engagement and audience development.
• Oversee community management for both our agency and multiple international clients.
• Develop comprehensive content calendars and tailored strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate post creation, design (Canva), scheduling and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics; refine strategies based on insights.
• Handle professional client communication via email and ensure timely, high-quality client servicing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Instagram strategies, Canva.
• Strong content creation, planning, analytics, and communication skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• UK shift
• Weekend availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
