- Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc.).
- Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand promotions, events, and offers.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots with the content team to ensure high-quality assets.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
- Analyze social media insights, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools/features.
- Manage social media advertising (boosting posts, targeted ads, event promotions).
- Create and manage event-related content (live stories, reels, after-movies).
- Coordinate with in-house teams (graphic design, content, operations) for timely content delivery.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints on social platforms professionally.
- Grow followers, reach, and engagement through strategic content and campaigns.
