<Job Summary>

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase reach and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, adjusting campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for discoverability on social channels and web search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels while managing relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Maintain brand integrity by proofreading content for accuracy, tone, and style before publication.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales efforts to drive traffic and sales.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator as well as video editing software.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles, photography techniques, and video editing to produce visually compelling posts.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools to inform content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations tactics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to refine campaigns continuously while maintaining a lively enthusiasm for emerging trends in social media marketing.
