We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our online presence, run high-performing advertising campaigns, and grow our brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), content creation, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Manage day-to-day posting, stories, reels, and community engagement.
- Monitor trends and apply creative strategies to increase reach.
- Collaborate with the design team for creatives, reels, and videos.
2. Meta Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
- Run lead generation, traffic, engagement, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets and track performance using Ads Manager.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve results.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Suggest strategies to improve overall digital performance.
4. Brand Building
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer marketing, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Meta Ads Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Ads Manager, pixel setup, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and creative briefing.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
