About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s digital presence across all major platforms. This role requires an individual with strong social media experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube — along with proven experience growing audiences, leading influencer collaborations, and creating high-impact digital campaigns in the health, personal care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
  • Stay updated on platform trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Strengthen brand identity and presence across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

2. Content Creation & Community Management

  • Lead the content calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of informative, entertaining, and promotional content
  • Manage daily posting, trend participation, and active community engagement
  • Ensure high-quality execution of videos, reels, graphics, UGC, and storytelling elements
  • Build a strong community through responsive communication and real-time interaction

3. Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Identify, collaborate, and manage influencers, athletes, and niche creators
  • Execute influencer-driven campaigns and monitor performance metrics
  • Build long-term partnerships that strengthen brand credibility

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor platform analytics to optimize content strategy and improve KPIs
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Apply insights to improve content formats, posting times, and audience targeting

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design and content teams for unified brand messaging
  • Coordinate with website and e-commerce teams for digital consistency

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management (mandatory)
  • Previous work in E-commerce, Retail, Health/Fitness, or Consumer Products is preferred
  • BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of online trends, content strategy, and algorithm behavior
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, TikTok Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • E-commerce / Retail: Product-focused social media campaigns to drive sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
