About the Role

WondersHappen is hiring a Social Media Specialist who can manage, grow, and optimize our clients’ social media presence with strategy, creativity, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and page growth.
• Track performance metrics and prepare concise monthly reports.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to deliver impactful content.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
• Ability to strategize, analyze insights, and improve engagement.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
