  • Community management: Monitor social media for mentions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to build relationships.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media trends to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay current on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure the brand's strategy remains relevant.
