Social Media Manager / Content Creator & Editor

We’re tired of raw iPhone videos going straight to Facebook.

We need a talented, full-time creator who can turn them into polished, high-performing Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content that recruits agents, builds downline agencies, generates leads, and attracts affiliate partnerships.

Daily responsibilities:

• Shoot quick videos with the owner (iPhone + tripod + lapel mic – all equipment provided)
• Edit fast and clean: strong hooks, captions, B-roll, branding, music, CTAs
• Suggest creative ideas and scripts that directly support our recruiting and sales goals
• Schedule and post across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Keep us ahead of trends and tell us what’s working right now
• Brainstorm effective prompts and creative use-cases for our conversational AI tools (you supply the ideas, our dev team implements)

You’re the right fit if you have:

• 2+ years shooting and editing short-form social content that gets results
• Proven ability to make “talking-head” videos addictive and high-converting
• Deep knowledge of current Reels/TikTok best practices
• Comfort (and excitement) experimenting with modern AI tools and providing strong prompting direction
• A proactive, no-ego attitude – you move fast and hate mediocre content

Compensation & details:

• Full-time, in-office position in Delray Beach, Florida
• $1,200 per week starting salary ($62,400 base)
• Significant performance bonuses (extra pay every time your content recruits an agent or drives measurable leads)
