Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone passionate about aesthetics and digital marketing, with a knack for organization and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our aesthetic team to capture real-time content, including before-and-after photos and videos of treatments (with client consent).
  • Track and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Front Office Duties:

  • Greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
  • Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist in coordinating client flow and treatment schedules.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, med spa, or beauty setting.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and manage a consistent brand voice.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in social media management for beauty, spa, or wellness businesses.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare.
  • Photography and basic photo/video editing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
