The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and elevating the brand's social media channels, developing engaging content, and supporting public relations initiatives to increase brand visibility. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with time spent both on-site in Dubai and working remotely. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, production experience, and a strong understanding of the fashion industry, particularly within the modest wear sector.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brand's target audience.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the founder and creative team to produce engaging visual and written content.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
• Support PR campaigns, including drafting press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and managing influencer partnerships.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and public relations, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• Strong content creation skills, including basic production experience (photography, video, editing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity: part-time on-site in Dubai and part-time remote.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Dubai or able to work on-site as required; not open to applicants seeking only travel-based arrangements.
