Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook, Twitter to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create compelling content including photography, videos, and graphics.
- Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation and respond promptly to customer inquiries or reviews.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content visibility on search engines and social media platforms.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, and community partners to foster positive relationships.
- Oversee branding efforts across all digital channels ensuring cohesive messaging that aligns with the restaurant’s identity.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance the restaurant’s reputation within the local community.
- Support e-commerce activities related to online ordering or merchandise sales through social media channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and Indian cuisine culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools.
- Excellent content creation skills including photography, video editing, and proofreading.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, social listening tools, and branding strategies.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
