Social Media Manager (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms and building strong online communities. The ideal candidate can create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional social media results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, captions) aligned with the brand identity.
• Manage and grow social media communities through active engagement.
• Lead and guide a creative/social media team to ensure timely and high-impact content delivery.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to lead a team, manage calendars, and deliver consistent results.
• Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, scheduling tools, analytics platforms, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
