Social media manager/Content creator

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our online presence and produce engaging content across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, knows how to grow audiences, and can create high-quality content that strengthens brand identity and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and written content.
• Plan and manage a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
• Analyze insights and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, growth, and campaign performance.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and content creation trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and turn them into high-quality content.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with paid ads or social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Ability to create short-form videos and trending content.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
