• Plan, produce, and host live streaming sessions that highlight products, events, or brand stories in an energetic and authentic manner
• Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and photography using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance content appeal
• Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback for real-time engagement opportunities
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve discoverability
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies
• Collaborate with public relations teams to craft positive messaging and manage relationship building with influencers or partners
• Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice and ensure accuracy before publication
