Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) across social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance and innovation.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (paid ads) including strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
- Assist with influencer partnerships and community-building efforts to foster brand loyalty.
- Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools .
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and shareable content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
