We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to handle real estate marketing and content creation. The role involves managing all company social media pages, creating viral, engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns), and boosting online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-performing real estate content (videos, reels, stories, posts).
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Analyze content performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of CapCut, Canva, and other video editing tools.
• Ability to create viral and trend-based content tailored to the real estate market.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
