Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify latest trends, tools, and competitive activities to optimize brand performance.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics in collaboration with the design/creative team.
- Write captions, hashtags, and messaging tailored to brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
3. Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Manage online reputation and escalate issues to the concerned team when necessary.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
- Optimize posts and campaigns based on analytics.
5. Social Media Advertising
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (if required).
- Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives to achieve ROI goals.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams.
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, or vendors for collaborations and campaigns.
7. Brand Building
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across all digital touchpoints.
- Support in developing creative marketing ideas, contests, and promotions to attract new followers.
