• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite tools to design eye-catching visuals that resonate with target audiences
• Manage scheduling and publishing of content using Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online activity
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Experience with graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation techniques
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging and branding consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
