Key responsibilities

• Content creation and scheduling: Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms. This includes creating posts, graphics, and videos that align with the brand's identity.
• Community management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and engage with the online community.
• Campaign support: Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and meet business goals.
• Performance analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement and follower growth, and provide insights for improvement.
• Trend research: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members on strategies, content ideas, and campaign execution.

Qualifications and skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an ability to generate new content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus.
