Job Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage, create, and optimize content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be skilled in video production, digital advertising, and strategic social media planning to effectively promote Westbury Law’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and posts.

Manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor analytics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Proficient in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Final Cut Pro).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Desirable:

Experience in the legal industry or professional services marketing.

Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
