Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results through social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and product launches
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Work with influencers and partners to execute collaborations and campaigns
- Manage crisis communication and brand reputation on social platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social trends is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in [industry, if applicable – e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, lifestyle, B2B]
- Basic understanding of graphic design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
