Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results through social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and product launches
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Work with influencers and partners to execute collaborations and campaigns
  • Manage crisis communication and brand reputation on social platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social trends is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in [industry, if applicable – e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, lifestyle, B2B]
  • Basic understanding of graphic design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
